ROD STEWART TRIBUTE

In 1978 I formed Hi-Way Show Band and then started to add Comedy to the show.

In 1981 I formed my own new Comedy Show Band (Oddballs). We toured the UK. We then turned professional and went on to tour West Germany for our Troops based there.

Between 1981 and 1995 we did 38 Tours of West Germany, whilst still touring the UK at the same time.

In 1985 and 1986 we did a Summer Season at Summerland, Isle of Man.

In 1987 we did a Summer Season in Ibiza.

I always finished the Shows with a Rod Stewart Tribute.

During 1988 to 1990 I was a compere at the Villa Marina Theatre, Isle of Man.

In 1995 I formed the Rod Stewart Tribute Band, Tonight’s The Night which was a seven piece band with light and sound engineer. We toured the UK performing at Brannigans, Chicago Rock Cafes and Haven Holiday Parks.

In 2002 I went solo and moved to Tenerife where I still live, performing in the local hotels and bars.

After working her way up to compere, entertainments manager and cabaret artiste Heather has over 18 years experience in the entertainment industry.

Performing around the UK as entertainer, children’s presenter, compère and entertainment manager for haven warner holiday parks for 7 years and as a training panellist at regular entertainment seminars, she then took her talent overseas and worked with openwide international agency as hotel entertainments manager.

For the past 13 years Heather has been working on the island of Tenerife as a compère/cabaret artiste currently with Paul James Associates.
Heather is an all round entertainer who caters for all ages from family hotels and bars to over 18 venues.
Heathers current achievement has been performing her skills in her own comedy show… THE FATTITUDE SHOW which is something completely different and original. The show is interaction, family comedy and costume changing show performed at various bars and venues throughout the south of Tenerife.

Heather has also part written and starred in panto and has a great gift for making scenery for shows and theme nights. She also has the talent to get the audience involed in various in house shows and gameshows.

Heather has also been on radio and starred on the t.v. series of wanted and seasiders which were both documentaries on channel 4 about entertainers.

Heather is an all round profesional entertainer, who enjoys her work and the feed back she recieves from the audiences she performes too.

I am also a reading musician.Worked hotels like: The Marylanza Spa Hotel Playa Las Americas. Beverly Hills Los Christianos, Palm beach Hotel Playa las Americas, Costa los Gigantes Hotel in Los Gigantes, Golf del Sur Golf club, Los Clavelas etc. I can work a whole night on my own and I also do spots, at the moment I am looking for a new challenge.
